Joshua Tooker is Senior Vice President, Research & Portfolio Management at Union Heritage, and is on a mission to help create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive economy by helping to grow and scale companies through capital allocation and strategic advisory. In his role he supports the firm’s sourcing and diligence processes and serves as a member of the investment committee.
Josh spent his early career leading digital transformation and supply chain strategy across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Notably, he was one of the first five members of Pepsi’s eCommerce team and was also an early member of Disney’s ESPN global product management team.
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Michigan State University and holds two master’s degrees from the University of Michigan: a Master’s of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business, and a Master’s of Science in Information.
Josh is an active angel investor and enjoys spending time advising founders at the earliest stages of their companies.
